Terms of Service

By accessing the be 19 platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. These terms have been drafted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh. be 19 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. 1. Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on the be 19 platform.
• Each user may create only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳) and local payment methods are supported.
• Once a deposit has been made, it cannot be refunded; however, withdrawal requests will be reviewed in accordance with the designated process.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before making a withdrawal.
• Using fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods may result in account suspension or termination.
• Be 19 reserves the right to verify any transaction and delay it if necessary.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or use of automated bots on the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account is strictly prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to introduce malicious software or viruses into the be 19 system or network is strictly prohibited.
• Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and legal action may be taken where applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, designs, and software on the be 19 platform are the exclusive property of be 19.
• No element of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
• Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
• No activity that infringes on third-party trademarks or copyrights is permitted on the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Be 19 is not responsible for any loss caused by technical errors or temporary disruptions to the platform.
• Be 19 will not be liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection or failure of third-party services.
• The user is solely responsible for any loss resulting from their own negligence or provision of incorrect information.
• Be 19's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved in local courts.
